Deputy Nurse Manager

Job Details

Our client operates a medium sized nursing home in North Gwynedd and are looking to recruit an Deputy Nurse Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. 

You will be familiar with CIW standards and guidelines, have a good grasp on required audits, and a keen eye for maintaining standards.

You will be a proactive person, happy to take the lead, and keen to progress.

 

Duties include

  • Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence
  • Managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated
  • Budget and staff management
  • Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance and assistance to the rest of our care staff
